Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement and Acceptance

By registering for Go Drive Driving School courses, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

To enroll in driving lessons, you must hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license as required by provincial regulations.

3. Registration & Certification

You authorize Go Drive Driving School to share your enrollment details with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO), the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC), and any auditing bodies You certify that all information you provide during registration is true and accurate.

4. Fees, Scheduling & Payments

Fees for lessons and course packages are posted online. Payment must be completed before services are rendered. Scheduled lessons are subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined below.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Same-day cancellations are not permitted.
  • To avoid fees, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made on the same day will incur a charge equal to the full lesson fee

6. No-Show / Late Arrivals

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson, or arriving late without notice, will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly.

7. Rescheduling

Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Without such notice, cancellation fees still apply.

8. Refunds & Credits

Once a lesson has taken place or is cancelled within the policy window, full refunds are not available. Exceptions may be granted at Go Drive’s discretion.

9. Liability Waiver

Go Drive Driving School, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any delays, accidents, or damages beyond their control, including acts of God or technical failures.

10. Code of Conduct

Students must:

  • Be punctual and present a valid permit/license.
  • Wear appropriate footwear and comply with instructions from instructors.
  • Behave courteously and follow all driving laws/regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.
